YMCA Project Cornerstone Board Committee
The YMCA Project Cornerstone Board Committee provides guidance to and advocates for Project Cornerstone’s community-wide developmental assets initiative. Responsibilities include monitoring Project Cornerstone’s outcomes to assure achievement of strategic plan objectives and financial goals; advising and supporting fundraising efforts; developing communication strategies between Project Cornerstone, the YMCA, and community partners to maximize benefits for all; advocating within the community on Project Cornerstone's behalf; and formulating policy recommendations.

Michele Lew — President, Asian Americans for Community Involvement
Scott Seaman — Chief, Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Department
Janet Walworth — Landsmith Appreciation Fund, LLC/Heritage Bank
Colleen Wilcox — Executive Director, Silicon Valley Alliance for Teachers
Project Cornerstone Steering Committee
The Steering Committee acts as the operations committee of Project Cornerstone’s board. Responsibilities including developing the multi-year strategic plan and annual work plans in conjunction with the YMCA Project Cornerstone Board Committee; establishing and providing direction and guidance to the operational teams and task forces; and ensuring coordination and communication throughout the full collaborative through monthly meetings.
